Peach Chia Seed Pudding

Do you know that feeling when you’re craving a delicious, healthy dessert but at the same time the effort of making it just feels too much?

We’ve been there too. 

That’s why we’ve put our heads together back at the Nutrilov headquarters and come up with a recipe that’s lip-smackingly delicious and filled to the brim with the goodness of chia seeds.

Did you know that Chia Seeds have a number of health benefits, including being packed with fiber, protein & omega-3 fatty acids? They’re good for your heart, liver, your bones, blood pressure… the list goes on. 

And in other words, you can munch on this pudding to your heart’s content without feeling an ounce of guilt. And paired with our delicious Coconut Almond Crunchy Cereal? Mmm, you’ll be dreaming about this one the whole day! 

One thing to keep in mind though - the best way to enjoy this recipe is if you allow the chia seeds to soak in the milk overnight - that allows them to absorb the moisture from the milk and bloom into a rich, creamy, pudding consistency.

That also means this is a perfect recipe for a fuss-free breakfast!

¼ cup chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk
2 tsp honey
1 cup fresh peaches, sliced
Nutrilov’s Coconut Almond Crunchy Cereal

Step 1: Combine the chia seeds and coconut milk in a container. Set aside to thicken for a few hours, preferably overnight.

Step 2: In a separate container, lay out some fresh peach slices at the bottom. Then top with the chia seed pudding, and then a layer of Nutrilov’s Coconut Almond Crunchy Cereal. Repeat the layers. 

And that’s it - we weren’t joking when we said it’s super easy.
