Nutrilov "Scratch & Win" – Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility: Open to residents of Pakistan, aged 18 and above. Employees of Nutrilov, affiliated agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  2. Promotion period: Valid until 31st December 2026. Purchase a specially marked 6-bar Nutrilov protein box containing a scratch card, and scratch to reveal your prize.
  3. Prizes: Each card reveals one of [padel racket, sports shoes, free protein 6-bar box, dry fit shirt] or "Better Luck Next Time." Prizes are allocated randomly and subject to availability per quantities. Actual prizes may differ in appearance, packaging, or model/variant from images shown on social media or promotional material, which are for illustrative purposes only. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item. If a prize becomes unavailable, Nutrilov reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
  4. How to claim: Send a clear photo of your winning scratch card (showing the unique code) via WhatsApp or Instagram DM to [handle/number] within 7 days of winning. Only one prize per unique coupon code; one card equals one claim. Nutrilov reserves the right to reject any claim that is duplicated, tampered with, illegible, forged, or submitted after the claim window. Nutrilov may request valid ID and/or proof of purchase before dispatching a prize, particularly for high-value items.
  5. Prize delivery: Once a claim is verified, prizes will be delivered within 2–3 weeks, depending on city and courier availability. Delivery timelines may vary, and Nutrilov is not responsible for delays caused by courier or logistics partners. Winners must provide accurate delivery details; Nutrilov is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information.
  6. Liability: Nutrilov is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or illegible scratch cards, or for issues arising from WhatsApp/Instagram platform downtime. Nutrilov reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, including due to stock issues or technical errors.
  7. Data use: By participating, winners consent to Nutrilov collecting their name, contact number, and address for the sole purpose of prize delivery. This data will not be shared with third parties beyond what's required for fulfillment.
  8. Governing law: This promotion is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Nutrilov's decision on all matters relating to this promotion, including eligibility, claim validity, and prize allocation, is final.
